Extended Holiday Returns
We are offering extended return period for holiday gift shopping.
Orders received between November 1st and December 15th are eligible for our extended holiday return policy and can be returned through January 15th. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it by January 15th for an exchange or full refund.
At Sun Diamond, we stand behind each of our Diamonds, engagement rings, and fine Jewelry products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days for an exchange or full refund - no questions asked.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all our Diamonds, engagement rings, and fine Jewelry products. Our return policy includes:
- Free Shipping Label:We will provide a free FedEx return shipping label, so that your return process is an easy one.
- Return Shipping Insurance: Our free return label provides insurance coverage for your item.
- Courtesy pickup via FedEx: Schedule a FedEx pick-up from your home or office or drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.
Return Terms and Conditions
Packages without a return Merchandise authorization number (RMA #) will not be accepted for returns.
Once an item is altered from its original design, which includes any sizing or engraving (excluding wedding and engagement rings), is then considered a custom order. Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final.
Custom eternity rings, or those that have been modified, cannot be returned or exchanged.
International returns are not subject to our free return policy, and special orders are not returnable. International customers will have to purchase their own shipping insurance.
Free return shipping only applies to U.S customers and is limited to three per customer.
Items must be returned in the same new and unworn condition they were in when originally sent from Sun Diamond. Any returns showing signs of wear, damage, or abuse will not be accepted for return.
If your purchase included a grading report/certificate, please be sure to return that. If a certificate is not returned or returned damaged, there will be a charge of $150 in order to replace the grading report.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according to the exchange rate at time of purchase.

Request a return for your order.
Once the return request is approved; generally within 2 business days, we will email you a prepaid, insured shipping label, along with the RMA # and instructions on how to securely package your purchase.
Allow for 7 business days after the return is delivered to us for inspection of the returned items.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
